Here’s some great news for people who always wished they were taller!  After more than a decade of scientific investigation, it has been proven that a person’s height IS NOT solely dependent upon the DNA passed down to them at birth.  In fact, scientists have, through research and experimentation, learned that, while a person’s genes ARE responsible for determining his or her height POTENTIAL, almost all adults quit growing somewhere between 2 and 6 inches below this POTENTIAL.

In other words, if you are shorter than you would like to be, it’s entirely possible to increase your stature by several inches and reach your true height potential.  This is no pie in the sky.

There are, as with most things, scams abounding relating to “growing taller”, such as miracle drugs and wonder-pills.  However, there now exists a large base of scientific data proving that, not only is it possible to increase your height by 2 to 6 inches within a relatively short period of time, but that these height-increasing programs are also beneficial to one’s overall health and well-being.  The easiest and most successful of these programs concern themselves with 4 major areas to be addressed.  They are the following:

  1. DIET

It’s not only important to consider the quantity and quality of the food we eat, but to make sure we consume all of the various nutrients required by our bodies to maximize our potentials.  These include: vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and water.

  1. EXERCISE

It’s important, to meet your height potential, to perform regular exercises, which will strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture and increase the levels of growth hormones your body creates.  There are also exercises designed specifically to strengthen and enlarge the discs that separate the vertebrae in our spinal columns, which will naturally cause one to become taller.

  1. POSTURE

Poor posture can rob inches from one’s potential height and is common in our society.  Proper posture will not only increase one’s height, but will create numerous other physical and psychological benefits.

  1. SLEEP HABITS

Not only is it important to consider when and how much you sleep, but also HOW you sleep.  Certain positions are beneficial, while some are detrimental.  Our bodies need enough quality rest to give them a chance to recuperate from the trials of the day.  Proper recuperation is essential to realizing our height potentials.

Is it possible to increase your height by three or four inches, or more?  Absolutely!  Does it require the pain and expense of bone-breaking surgeries?  Definitely not!   Is it easy?  Pretty much.  Is it worth it?  You decide, and let me know how it goes…
